International Return and Refund Policy

At Mudka, customer satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains our return, refund, and voluntary guarantee terms for orders placed through our online store worldwide.

These terms apply subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in the country or region applicable to your purchase. Where applicable law provides greater protection, those legal rights take precedence.

1. 15-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below and any mandatory rights applicable to your purchase.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, products should be unopened, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and components.

Where applicable law permits returns involving opened packaging or reasonable handling for inspection, we will respect those rights. Any permitted deduction for diminished value will be assessed only where legally allowed.

Please wait for our instructions before shipping the item. We will provide the applicable return address and instructions.

2. 90-Day Voluntary Sealed Product Guarantee

In addition to any rights provided by law, Mudka offers a voluntary 90-day sealed product guarantee for eligible products that remain unopened and unused.

To qualify under this voluntary guarantee, you must contact us within 90 calendar days of delivery. The product must remain in its original sealed packaging, unused and undamaged, with all original components and accessories intact.

This voluntary guarantee does not cover products that have been opened or used, or products damaged after delivery through the customer's actions.

Contact mudkaa@outlook.es with your order number and a description of your request. We may request reasonable evidence to verify eligibility.

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and explain the applicable resolution.

This voluntary guarantee is separate from statutory consumer rights. It does not restrict any mandatory right to cancel a purchase, return a product, or obtain a remedy for defective, damaged, incorrect, or nonconforming goods.

3. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Nonconforming Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us at mudkaa@outlook.es as soon as reasonably possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or other reasonable evidence where available.

We will review your claim and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another legally required solution.

The unopened and unused conditions applicable to voluntary change-of-mind returns and the sealed product guarantee do not automatically apply to statutory claims.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by applicable law and where those costs have been properly disclosed.

For defective, damaged, incorrect, or nonconforming products, return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We will communicate the applicable shipping arrangements before you return an item.

5. Refund Processing

Once an authorized return is received, we will inspect the item where appropriate and inform you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability and do not limit any applicable statutory rights.

7. Order Cancellations

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has entered processing or shipment. However, this does not remove any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply to your purchase.
