1. Order Processing and Delivery Estimates

Order Processing

After you place an order, our fulfillment process typically takes 2–4 business days before your product arrives at our fulfillment partner's warehouse and is ready for shipment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Once your order is ready for shipment, delivery typically takes an additional 6–12 business days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier.

The estimated total time from placing your order to delivery is 8–16 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking information, when available, will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered a stage where the change or cancellation is no longer operationally possible.

Once an order has shipped, changes to the shipping address or delivery arrangements may no longer be possible.

However, operational limitations do not override any cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights provided by applicable law.

If an order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, any refund due will be processed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable legal requirements.
